NEW YEAR 2012

Begin the New Year with a set of comfortable daily rules.
Wake up each day and have a glass of water, with a sliced lemon and a little honey.
Let water start your day.
Less coffee, teas, no sugary stuff and soda pops..................they create havoc in a system that needs cleansing and toning.
Have a good breakfast and leave the house fed and in balance. You would never drive to work minus water , oiland petrol in the tank. Treat your body with the same care.
Eating junk at work, en route, to go, is fast food that leaves you needing more of it. You can make the difference to ENERGY AND HEALTH. Just do it for a week and feel the difference.
Snack good food. Fruit and cut up vegetables, nuts and dried washed fruit.
Make sure you eat what is GROWN LOCALLY and in SEASON. This is not rocket science, it is just logical. The right fruit and vegetables appear when you need them. Local growth makes it fresh and budget wise.

Find time to buy food with sense and planning. You need supplies to be varied, easy to prepare and without excess salt and sugar, additives and fried or prepared in weird ways to last weeks in the refrigerator.

Have a cheerful attitude to your chores and work to make a better home. Realize how lucky most of us are.
